Big Week for the Warner Eagles: Homecoming Spirit Meets High-Speed Action
Warner, OK — As summer gives way to crisp autumn days, the excitement at Warner High School is in full swing. This Friday, students, staff, and the community will come together to celebrate Homecoming 2025 with a day packed full of Eagle pride.
The festivities kick off with float decorating and the highly anticipated Homecoming Parade at 1:30 p.m., followed by an energizing pep rally at the Event Center. The celebration will culminate under the lights Friday night, as the Warner Eagles football team takes on the Porter Pirates in a classic hometown showdown.
Among the highlights of this year’s parade is a bold entry from the Warner Racing Team. Their float, themed “Pass the Pirates,” will showcase the program’s original Camaro — a nod to the team’s roots and competitive spirit.
But the excitement doesn’t stop there. As the school rallies behind its athletes, the Racing Team is also gearing up for an adrenaline-filled weekend at Arrowhead Speedway. On Saturday, September 20, the team will compete in the Factory Stock Division during the track’s Full Body Brigade event, where they’ll chase a $1,000 first-place prize in the Monte Carlo.
The event promises exciting competition, with divisions including:

B-Mod Bedlam – $5,000 to win
Super Stock – $2,000 to win
Stock Car – $2,000 to win
Factory Stock – $1,000 to win
Pure Stock – $1,000 to win
Interceptor – $1,000 to win
Tuner – $1,000 to win
All-American Modified Series – $1,000 to win
With perfect racing weather on the horizon, the Warner Racing Team has been working tirelessly to fine-tune every inch of their car for a winning performance.
The Eagles extend heartfelt thanks to the sponsors who fuel both the school’s racing and community spirit:
Bravado, Cherokee Nation, Holt Truck Center, Redline Automotive, Mike Riley Architect, ARS Companies, Armstrong Bank, ICTC, Reaction Wraps, Yeoman Racing Engines, Hayden Ross Foundation, ATG Turf, and Alpine Medical Supply.
